How to "Score a dual-cam bow?

I have a Mathews Chill, which is a dual-cam set-up. In Step 2, which do I use...the setting for high-energy cam? And is arrow length the total length, from the end of the nock to the tip of the point, or is it just the length of the shaft itself?
